Carleta's passion for youth leadership has driven her involvement in nurturing the next generation of church leaders. Through mentorship, guidance, and innovative programs, she has empowered young individuals to embrace their faith and actively participate in the church's mission. Her dedication to shaping young minds has not only strengthened the church's youth ministry but also positively impacted the lives of countless young people.

In addition to her administrative contributions at her local church, Carleta is an esteemed member of the Argentine Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Department of Women. Serving as an Executive Board Member over Public Relations, she has skillfully managed communications and outreach initiatives, effectively promoting the department's activities and engaging the wider community.

Carleta also serves as the Executive Assistant to Supervisor Frances E. Harris, showcasing her exceptional organizational leadership skills and her ability to support and execute high-level administrative tasks. Through her role, she has demonstrated a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Carleta's passion for the ministry is deeply rooted in her upbringing as the daughter of Pastors  who have dedicated over 30 years to serving God and His people.

Residing in Southern California, Carleta continues to be a driving force for positive change within her church community.
